To add a file or create a new folder click on (5) the + symbol

select upload file and select from your PC the file which you wish to add to nextcloud
this will take a few moments
the file is now on nextcloud
select new folder and enter the name you wish to call the folder then click on the black arrow
this folder is now on nextcloud
to upload a new file to the new folder click on the new folder and follow instructions to upload file
to create a new document click on the type of file you wish to create

next text - .txt
new text document - .md
new document - .docx
new spreadsheet - .xlsx
new presentation - .pptx
new document, new spreadsheet and new presentation are very similar to Word, Excel and PowerPoint and can be used in the same way
