How to access your emails on your PC/laptop

You can access your emails in this way via Roundcube or you can add your account to your preferred mail software
To set up your new email address using outlook follow the below instructions
Download Outlook if you don’t already have it
Click file

add account — Click image to enlarge.

Click add account

Type in your new email address
Click advanced options
Tick the box that says “let me set up my account manually”
Click connect

Select IMAP

Type in your password
Click connect

It will now say account successfully added and ask if you wish to add another email address
Delete the email field and untick the box that says “let me set up my account manually”
If you do not wish to set this up on your phone click done

If you wish to set this up on your phone as well tick the box that says “set up outlook mobile on my phone too”
Enter your phone number and click send link
